Short answers to the common questions.

How do I lift a block right now?

You’re always in control. To stop Starkept from resting any apps:

Open iOS Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access, choose Starkept and turn its access off. Blocks lift right away.
Or delete Starkept. Its blocks are removed with it.

No stars are taken away for this.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Starkept and tap Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. For refunds, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, since Apple handles all payments.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Starkept, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. You can also tap Restore at the top of the upgrade screen. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

I bought Lifetime but I still have a subscription.

Apple doesn’t cancel subscriptions automatically. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions so you aren’t charged again.

I’m not getting the morning check-in.

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Starkept and make sure notifications are allowed. Focus modes can also hold them back.

Does Starkept see what I watch?

No. Apple’s Screen Time tools give the app private tokens for the apps you choose, and everything stays on your iPhone. See Privacy.
